-All services include a shampoo and basic styling (straight or curls).

 

- For add-on services, please select them during booking or leave a note in the comments section.

- No extra guests are allowed during your appointment.

Timing & Attendance

 

- Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment.

​

- A 15 min grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee will apply.

​

- If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled & you must reschedule.

​

- No-call/No-show appointments will not be rebooked.

​- Please come camera ready. Photos or videos may be taken for marketing purposes only.

- We do not provide services over another stylist's work.

​

- We do not recommend clients remove their own lace or extensions. If removal is needed, please book a Takedown Service to prevent damage.

- No refunds are issued for any service. If you have questions or concerns, you must contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
