THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

•Please arrive 10-15 mins early to your scheduled appointment.

•All clients have a 15 min grace period.

•If you are more than 15 mins late will result in a $20 late fee.

​

•If you are more than 20 mins late, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule.

​

•No Call No Show = No future appointments

​

•Same day cancellations will be treated as a no call no show.

​

•After 3 bundles, You will be charged $20 for any additional bundles.

​

•No extra guess allowed.

•We DO NOT go behind other stylist work.

•WE DO NOT RECOMMEND CLIENTS TO REMOVE ANY LACE.

•If the client removes any lace or extensions we are NOT responsible for any damages. Please book a "takedown" service.

•We DO NOT issue refunds for any service. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your appointment you have 24 hours to contact us.
